Pivot Block

Wooden pivot blocks wear out and cause problems with all of the balls dropping.   We eliminated the wear by machining this piece from Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight plastic.   It just refuses to wear out.   Countersunk holes for flat-head screws (included).    

Our unbreakable pivot block solves the problem of slop in the  hinge bar  and will last for years.
